Refunds and Shipping
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Free Same Day Delivery - City of Calgary and Chestemere
- We provide Free same day shipping within the city of Calgary and town of Chestemere with all purchases.
- Note that there are restrictions on some products
- We ask that you try to keep orders over $45 to help us cover the shipping costs.
- To ensure same day delivery please place order before 12:15pm
Shipping Across Canada
- When you place or of $100 or more you will receive free shipping to your home in any of the 10 provinces
- Order under $100 will be charge $24.95 shipping charge anywhere in the 10 provinces

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
