Logging in for the first time on the new system

1: Please select the person icon at top of site.

2: Rather than login user and password please complete details on right side of the page

3: Use the Name, email, and phone number that you used on old site.

4: Hitting enter on the new website will match you to your old account and send you a code to create new password.

4: Enter the code, then login like you usually would with your email and password every time moving forward.


Auto Repeat Order

1: Auto orders have been transferred to the new system but credit card info has not. 

2: You will need to update your default credit card info you want to charge for future orders under saved credit cards on your account.

 

Updating Credit Card Information

1: Click the person icon at top of website.

2: Select My account.

3: Select Manage in Payment option button.

4: Fill in your name and credit card information.

5: Place check mark in box next to “Set as my Payment method”.

 

Cash Back Loyalty dollars

1: Cash back amounts from old system are connected to your account.

2: All future purchases will continue to accrue the 5% cash back. (Now called Bonus Bucks) in the new system.

3: You can call or contact store to find your current balance of Cash Back (Bonus bucks).

4: The balance will be accessible online in near future.
